What are the means of order and payment?

What material are the accessories made of?
-Some of our pieces are made of 925 silver and others of a silver alloy with brass and gold plate. If the piece has stone, it is natural. In case the pieces have eyes, these are made of hand-blown glass.
Do the charms include a chain?
-Unless the description of the piece indicates it, our charms include a laminated gold chain.
What is the shipping period?
-Except for PRE-ORDER items, the shipping period is 3-4 weeks.

Estimated delivery times are 3-4 weeks.
Shipments have a cost depending on the geographical area.
-United States: $15 usd.
-Canada: $20 usd.
-Europe: $35 usd.
-Latin America and the Caribbean: $40 usd.
Orders in PRE-ORDER (presale) have a delivery time of approximately 5-6 weeks after the date of purchase.
