Warranty
- The guarantee of the products is 30 days from the moment of purchase and will only be liable for manufacturing defects. For this purpose, you must notify us within the first 5 days once the purchase of the product has been made. In case it is a manufacturing defect and cannot be repaired, it will be replaced by an equal model. If the model is no longer available, the piece can be exchanged for any other design of the same or greater value, to which the customer agrees to pay the difference.
- We do not return money under any circumstances.
- In case of requesting a product change, it must be in perfect condition and comply with the time and form requirements of point 1.
- All pieces are gold plated; this process has a life time depending on the care, the atmospheric conditions where you are and that the piece is not exposed to corrosive substances; however, what most affects the duration of the gold plate is the pH of the skin of the person wearing the piece.
- The cost of a product change will have to be fully borne by the purchaser.
- In wholesale purchases, sales to distributors or consignment, we are not responsible for any damage that the parts receive once they are delivered.
- In the event that your shipment arrives damaged, you must resolve it directly with the parcel company since we send all packages in optimal conditions and we are not responsible for the mishandling of third-party companies.
- In the event that a customs tax is registered in the receiving country on international shipments, it is the customer's responsibility to assume it.
- In case your package is stolen or lost, we are not responsible for the damage that the logistics company commits.
- Products that have been purchased at a discount cannot be exchanged or returned.
- In case you want to change a product that has been purchased in a bazaar, event or Expo, you will have to go to the next event to make the change or cover the expenses that said change incurs in case you want a change with home delivery.
